PRIVACY POLICY

1. General provisions

1.1. This privacy Policy determines the order of processing, storage and data protection Platform users 1x0 Platform (the «Platform»), managed by the Administration of the Platform (hereinafter — «Administration»).

1.2. When drawing up the Policy takes into account the principles of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated may 21, 2013 No. 94-V «On personal data and their protection».

1.3. By creating an account or using the Platform, you signify your consent to the collection, processing and transmission of data in accordance with this Policy.

2. The composition of the collected data

2.1. We collect the following information necessary for the operation of the tournament system:

• Credentials: authentication using Discord we receive your unique user ID, user name, avatar, and their associated profile data necessary to verify your identity and manage tournament grids.

• Game information: unique nickname PUBG account, Steam ID, Riot ID, stats, some matches, tournament history, rating (MMR).

• Bank Details for payments: credit card number, phone number, or digital wallet (requested only if the prize).

• Custom content: the names of commands, messages in chats in our Discord community treatment support.

• Technical data: cookies. Only for the purpose of authorizing and securing your session. This data is not used for tracking or marketing purposes.

3. The use of third party services and infrastructure

3.1. To ensure stable operation of the service we engage third-party service providers:

• Hosting and CDN: delivery pages and protection from network attacks is provided by Cloudflare services (unable to process technical data such as your IP address, browser settings).

• Advertising On the Platform or in the app may show ads from the partners (Google AdSense / AdMob). Google uses cookies to display ads based on your visits to the Platform. You can disable personalized ads in your Google Ads settings.

4. Public nature of tournament data

4.1. By its nature, the tournament platform is an open service system. The following data is public by default and can be viewed by all users:

• Nickname, avatar, PUBG unique account nickname, Discord ID, Steam ID, Riot ID, rating/rank in any game supported by the platform, the amount of prize money won.

• Tournament statistics, positions in tournament grids and public leaderboards.

• Names of teams, their tags, logos, roster lineups and history of matches played.

5. User rights and data deletion

5.1. You have the right to request the modification or complete deletion of your personal data. To do this, send a request to the administration in the Discord community of the 1x9 Platform. The data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.
