REGULATIONS FOR TOURNAMENTS AND PRIZE PAYMENTS

1. General provisions

1.1. This schedule determines the order of the tournaments, contributions and payment of prize money on the Platform.

1.2. Registration on the Platform or application for the tournament implies full acceptance of this Regulation.

1.3. Disciplines: Dota 2, Counter-Strike 2, Deadlock, PUBG: Battlegrounds, League of Legends.

1.4. Format: online.

2. Requirements for participants and registration

2.1. The competition is open to teams consisting of 4~6 players(the number depending on the game) or individual players (depending on the format of the tournament).

2.2. The competition is open to persons aged 16 or over (or 14 years old with the consent of the parents/legal representatives).

2.3. Not allowed to participate with the players with a «dead accounts»(which very few games that have recently been created, there is no rating/rank).

2.4. Participants must play on their own account with the specified data for verification on the platform (Steam ID/Riot ID/PUBG unique nickname account).

2.5. The detection of violations, we will take appropriate sanctions, see item 5.

3. Formats and tournament schedules

3.1. Tournaments are divided into 2 types: Group stage (League Immortal, Divine League, Ancient League Legend League) and no group stage (Fast Cup, Custom Cup).

3.2. Group stage (Group Stage):

• tournament System: Round Robin (all-play-all).

• match Format: Bo1 (Best of 1) or Bo2 (Best of 2).

• Exit from the group: The [1~4] best teams from each group advance to the playoffs, depending on the number of participants.

3.3. The Playoff stage (Playoffs):

• The system of holding: Single Elimination (Olympic system through and through) or Double Elimination.

• Match format: In leagues, all matches up to the grand final are Bo1, and the grand final is Bo3 (Best of 3). In cups, all matches are Bo1.

4. Match Rules

4.1. Team attendance: Team captains must check in (Check-in) on the Discord channel 30 minutes before their match begins.

4.2. Late arrivals: The allowed delay for a match is 15 minutes. In case of non-appearance of the team, a technical defeat is counted (1-0 on the cards / 0-2 in the series).

4.3. Technical pauses (Tactical/Tech Pause):

• Each team is allowed to take technical breaks totaling up to 10 minutes per card.

4.4. Communication with the referees: All disputes are resolved exclusively by the team captains through the chief referee on the official Discord server of the 1x9 Platform.

5. Fair Play and sanctions

5.1. Strictly prohibited:

• Using any third-party programs, scripts, cheats, macros that give an unfair advantage (Wallhack, Aimbot, etc.).

• Insulting opponents, judges, spectators, engaging in toxic behavior, racism, and displaying unsportsmanlike conduct in the chat or voice channel.

• Account transfer to third parties (smurfing / fake players).

5.2. Penalties: For violating the rules, the referee has the right to issue a warning, count a technical defeat on the card, or disqualify the entire team from the tournament without compensation for the prize money..

6. Tournament fees and prize money fund

6.1. Entrance fees (buy-ins), if they are provided for by the tournament format, are used to form the prize fund and cover the technical costs of maintaining servers and Platform infrastructure.

6.2. The distribution of prize places and the amounts of payments are published on the specific tournament page before the tournament begins.

7. Payment procedure and verification

7.1. The payment of prize money to the winners is carried out within [1 to 5] business days after the end of the tournament and verification of the results by the Administration.

7.2. Payments are transferred to bank cards or digital wallets provided by the team captain or player.

7.3. To prevent the re-participation of banned players and cartoon farming, the Administration reserves the right to request confirmation of the winner's identity before paying the prize money..

8. Self-taxation

8.1. Users (recipients of prize payments) are responsible for declaring their income and paying taxes in accordance with the laws of their country of residence.

9. Tournament Cancellations and Refunds

9.1. In the event of a tournament cancellation due to technical issues or a lack of participants, all collected fees will be refunded to players in full within 24 hours.

9.2. In the event of a player/team's disqualification for cheating or violating the Fair Play rules, the fee will not be refunded.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes regarding game moments, scoring, and match results are resolved by the Administration's referee panel in the 1x9 Platform Discord community. The decision of the Administration on game points is final..

11. Final provisions

11.1. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations (schedule changes, format of matches) with mandatory notification to the team captains no later than 24 hours before the start of the matches.

11.2. All force majeure situations (game servers crashing, large-scale communication failures) are considered by the organizers individually in favor of a fair outcome of the sports competition.
